Active Ingredients
Botanical (flower) essences at .25%
• Daisy
• Ginger
• Leopard’s Bane

Inactive Ingredients
Purified water, Brandy (alcohol 23%).
Take a dose the night before travel.
Repeat the following morning and then every 2-3 hours before ‘departure’.
While traveling take every 2-3 hours or as needed. *
After arrival take 2-3 times a day for up to 2 days.
One dose = 2-4 drops or a small squirt.
The drops can be taken on or under the tongue.
Or the drops/squirt can be added to a glass or bottle of water and sipped! This is especially recommended for children.
* Take less often if not needed! Take more often if symptoms are bothersome especially anxiety and/or travel sickness.

Q. What is the difference between the pillules and the essence?
A. The Botanical Essence is a herbal product. It is a pure extract of flowers known to combat emotional stresses while traveling. The essence is super gentle and perfect for children of age 2 and above. It is a “rescue remedy” for travelers!
The Homeopathic Pillules are more treatment or symptom orientated i.e. they are designed to address the symptoms of jetlag more specifically.
Q. Can I take both the essence and the pillules at the same time?
A. These two products complement each other beautifully. You can take them at the same time especially if you are experiencing unpleasant symptoms while traveling or afterwards for a few days. You can take both together or you can alternate them. Or you can just take the one that seems to be the most helpful.
Q. Are these products safe for children?
A. The low potency Homeopathic Pillules are safe for children of all ages of 2 years and older. You should check with your homeopath (if you have one) before giving them as some homeopathic remedies have relationships to one another and you should ask your homeopath to check this product for you.
A. The Botanical Essence is 100% safe for children of all ages and will not interact with any remedies – homeopathic or otherwise. It should not be given straight from the bottle. Add 2 drops to a cup/glass or bottle of water and have them sip it. Not suitable for children under the age of 2.

This little tincture worked really nicely for me on my recent trip from Florida to Israel and back. I took as instructed and made sure to spend time outside in the sun and in the evening in the dark.
This has been my best trip ever. I adjusted to the time on the way from US after just 1 day and when returned home to US it took me 3-4 days but really it wasn’t even so bad as i woke up 4am, then 5am and finally 6am.
I’m glad i bought this tincture and will definetly use it again and recommend to it to everyone.
I prefer to not take Homoeopathic remedies but this worked nicely.
