All orders to the US are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

  • Orders with free shipping ship with USPS First Class Mail.
  • On checking out you are given the option to pay extra for Priority Mail for a faster option.
  • We are lickety split shippers! Orders generally ship within a day!
  • You will receive an email notification once your package has shipped.

International shipping

International orders ship by USPS or UPS. If you have a preference please let us know.

After adding your products to the shopping cart you can check the shipping costs (before purchasing) by selecting your country in the Estimate Shipping Costs section and clicking the ‘Update’ button.

Shipping rates for the US, Canada and the Rest of the World reflect current USPS charges. We are truly sorry that international fees have risen so steeply – they reflect the postal services price increases. 

Typical Shipping Times

First class shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days.
Priority mail shipping within the US takes 2-3 business days.
Shipping to Canada typically takes 1-2 weeks.
Shipping to Europe takes 2 weeks or longer.
Shipping to the rest of the world can take 2-6 weeks depending on customs.

Delays: bad weather (snow, hurricanes etc.) can affect shipping. Unavoidable delays can also be caused by strikes or customs. Thank you for your patience during any delay.


Returning Creams:
Unopened creams (with the seal intact) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Creams that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund or 50% of the total cost. We regret that refunds cannot be given on opened creams.

Shipping on Returned Products:
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. If the return is a result of our error (an incorrect or defective item) return shipping costs will be paid by Miranda Castro’s Shop.

Defective Products
We shall replace a defective product or issue a full refund.


Refunds will be sent within a few days of receipt of returned product/s.
An e-mail confirming receipt of the product as well as the refund will be sent.
