Take a single dose once a month during flu season.
Repeat (a single dose) if in contact with someone who has the flu.
At the first signs of the flu take three times a day either on it’s own or alternating with Oscillococcinum (available from your local health food store or pharmacy) for the first 24-48 hours.
After the first 24-48 hours it is advisable to take the remedy that best matches the whole symptom picture.
