Homeopathy for cats, from kitten hood to the senior years.
Cats are often part of the family—with their own personalities, preferences and very definite opinions. For those interested in learning about homeopathy for their feline friends, this pocket guide offers a welcoming place to begin.
In Cats and Homeopathy: A Pocket Guide, Peter Gregory draws on more than forty years of experience treating animals with homeopathy. He introduces the basics before exploring how observed symptoms inform remedy selection, with chapters arranged by body system for easy reference.
Dedicated sections consider kittens, senior cats, and emotional well being. The emphasis throughout is on understanding the individual animal —a thoughtful approach for anyone who wants to get to know their cat a little better.
- An introduction to homeopathy and its use for cats.
- Remedy guidance organized by body system.
- Sections devoted to kittens and older cats.
- Consideration of general health and emotional well being.
A handy addition to your homeopathic reference shelf, or the perfect gift for a fellow cat and homeopathy lover.
For educational use. This book does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment; seek veterinary advice in emergencies. See a professional if there are not clear signs of improvement.

About The Author
Peter Gregory qualified as a veterinary surgeon in 1972. For the first 12 years of his career he worked in mixed practice, first in UK, and subsequently in Australia. During this time he gradually became dissatisfied with the results of conventional medicine. Seeking an alternative, he returned to UK, and was introduced to homeopathy; having tried it out in practice, he resolved to learn more. He gained Veterinary Membership of the Faculty of Homeopathy in 1991 and was awarded Fellowship in 2004. He worked on referral for the Holistic Veterinary Medicine Centre in Sussex before retiring in 2024. He was a partner in the Homeopathic Professionals Teaching Group and has lectured extensively overseas. Peter is a past President of the British Association of Homeopathic Veterinary Surgeons and the International Association for Veterinary Homeopathy. He is author of Insights into Veterinary Homeopathy, Homeopathy for Animals and co-author of the Textbook of Veterinary Homeopathy.
