Take 1 pilule the night before travel.
Repeat the following morning and then every 2-3 hours while traveling or as needed. *
After arrival take 2-3 times a day for up to 2 days.
One dose = 1 pilule.
The tablet should be taken on a clean mouth and should be sucked not swallowed.
Or 2 pilules can be added to a glass or bottle of water and sipped! This is especially recommended for children.
* Take less often if not needed! Take more often if symptoms are bothersome especially exhaustion, stiffness and/or insomnia.

How to use
Your clever vial allows for one pilule at a time to be dispensed. Here’s how:
- Tip the tube upside down and twist the cap. One pilule will fall into the cap!
- Tip the pilule into the mouth or the palm of the person taking the remedy.
- If more than one pilule falls into the cap turn the tube upright and twist the cap until one of the pilules falls back into the tube!
Q. What is the difference between the pillules and the essence?
A. The Botanical Essence is a herbal product. It is a pure extract of flowers known to combat emotional stresses while traveling. The essence is super gentle and perfect for children of age 2 and above. It is a “rescue remedy” for travelers!
The Homeopathic Pillules are more treatment or symptom orientated i.e. they are designed to address the symptoms of jetlag more specifically.
Q. Can I take both the essence and the pillules at the same time?
A. These two products complement each other beautifully. You can take them at the same time especially if you are experiencing unpleasant symptoms while traveling or afterwards for a few days. You can take both together or you can alternate them. Or you can just take the one that seems to be the most helpful.
Q. Should I take them before, during and/or after a flight?
A. The essence can be taken a day or two before travel if you are feeling anxious about traveling. A single dose of the pillules can be taken the night before travel and the morning of. Then during the flight you can take both together or alternate them. See previous Q&A and the Directions tab for suggestions on how to take them.
Q. Are these products safe for children?
A. The low potency Homeopathic Pillules are safe for children of all ages of 2 years and older. You should check with your homeopath (if you have one) before giving them as some homeopathic remedies have relationships to one another and you should ask your homeopath to check this product for you.
A. The Botanical Essence is 100% safe for children of all ages and will not interact with any remedies – homeopathic or otherwise. It should not be given straight from the bottle. Add 2 drops to a cup/glass or bottle of water and have them sip it. Not suitable for children under the age of 2.
