While we wait for my healing cream for Joints & Muscles to arrive from my new manufacturers here’s a stop gap. These 3 healing products will help to ease pain, swelling and/or stiffness in injured or inflamed joints or muscles.
Arnica Cream: for soft tissues (typically muscles) that are sore or painful after exertion, the gym, having a baby, an accident etc.
Rhus tox/Ruta Cream: for joints, for ligaments and tendon that are sprained or strained or just stiff from inflammation i.e. arthritis.
Calc fluor 6X the cell salt that supports Arnica and Rhus tox and Ruta to do their job well, it helps damaged joints (from injury or inflammation) rebuild their integrity.
The creams can be used separately or mixed.
Calc fluor can be taken 2-4 times a day: more often if there’s more pain, more stiffness, less often if not too bad.
