What about peppermint in sweets and toothpaste? - Miranda Castro Homeopathy

What about peppermint in sweets and toothpaste?

Peppermint in ordinary toothpastes and mouth washes is not a problem, neither is mild chewing gum. The stronger peppermints (like Altoids) are best avoided during homeopathic treatment.

Mint in cooking is fine, both as a fresh herb in salads etc., and in teas (on its own or mixed with other herbs).
