Return Policy

Unopened creams (with the plastic seal intact) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Creams that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total cost.

Return shipping costs will be paid by Miranda Castro if the return is a result of our error: if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc., and we shall also make good our error i.e. replace a defective cream etc.

Refunds will be sent within 2-4 weeks of receipt of returned product/s. An e-mail notification confirming receipt of the product will be sent.

We regret that refunds cannot be given on opened creams.
